- Not to exceed the recommended daily usage.
- If you are pregnant or lactating or prone to any food allergy or under any medical condition consult your healthcare professional before using the product.
- Product is required to be stored out of reach of children.
- Do not consume silica gel sachet included in the product. It only absorbs moisture to prevent humidity from affecting products during transport and storage.
- Not manufactured with milk, soy, egg, fish and crustacean. Produced in a facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
- Do not use if seal is broken.
- Product is not to be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

- Keep the product away from direct sunlight and heat.
- Keep the container tightly closed after each use.

Finding: Massé et al., BMJ (2026): 69 randomized trials with 153,902 adults found little to no clinically meaningful fracture or fall-prevention benefit from calcium, vitamin D or their combination.
Limitations: Most participants lived in the community and were not at high fracture/fall risk. Evidence in high-risk or residential-care populations was limited; osteoporosis drug-treatment trials were excluded. Doses and durations varied.
