Shipping policy
HealthyHey Nutrition products are sold and shipped by HealthyHey Foods LLP, Mumbai.
Where we ship
We ship across India. We do not currently ship outside India; for an international order, email info@healthyhey.com and we will try to help.
Delivery times
We ship through courier partners. Metro cities usually receive orders in 3–5 business days, and tier-2 and tier-3 cities in 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges
- Shipping is free on all orders across India.
Cash on Delivery (partial payment)
- Partial Cash on Delivery is available on select orders. You pay ₹99 online at checkout; this is deducted from your order total, and you pay the rest in cash on delivery.
- If an order is refused, or the balance is not paid on delivery, the ₹99 is non-refundable.
- If we cannot ship your order (for example, an item goes out of stock), we refund the ₹99.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by SMS and email. You can also check your order status by logging in to your account on healthyhey.com. The courier usually attempts delivery 2–3 times, so please keep an eye on the tracking updates.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. See our refund policy.
