Mix one scoop (5.5 g) in water in volume as per your liking.

Take one scoop mixed into water or as recommended by a healthcare professional.

  • Not manufactured with milk, soy, egg, fish and crustacean. Produced in a facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

    Finding: Myung and Park, American Journal of Medicine (2025): 23 randomized trials involving 1,474 participants showed pooled improvements in skin measures, but high-quality and non-pharmaceutical-funded study subgroups showed no significant benefit.

    Limitations: Preparations, doses and follow-up differed. The authors concluded that current evidence does not support preventing or treating skin aging with collagen supplements.
